
Feel great in Birmingham’s premier office
We are thrilled to be back at 11 Brindleyplace with two 30 minute ‘Office Stretches’ sessions every week with Nilda. Fun, beginner-friendly ways to look after your body and mind – starting 8th April 2025:
- Tuesdays 12.30pm (30 mins)
- Wednesdays 5.15pm (30 mins)
- Come as you are – no need to get changed & no experience necessary
- Simple, effective stretches to look after your muscles & joints, reduce stiffness & elevate your day – things you can do anywhere, even at your desk!
- Some parts you’ll be seated & others you’ll be standing up, always finishing with a breathing/mindfulness exercise to leave you feeling calm & relaxed.
- Sometimes you’ll use bands or blocks, these will always be provided.

Nilda supports businesses & individuals to improve wellbeing & performance, prevent burnout, boost productivity, manage stress & eat better. Her sessions are tailored for workplaces, always friendly & accessible for all, drawing on 10 years of experience & qualifications in yoga, mindfulness, nutrition & coaching. She shares YinYan’s passion for holistic wellbeing, giving people just like you the tools to enjoy a healthy & fulfilled life.

We are a non-profit Community Interest Company and our mission is to help as many people as possible to feel as good as possible – so if you can’t make it to a session in person we have a range of on demand classes anyone can access online.
