The YinYan Christmas timetable is now online – there are less onsite & less online classes between now and January, as our hard working teachers take some well deserved time off – but we’ve still got your back with some classes and lots of on demand classes from your favourite teachers so you can enjoy whatever class you want, whenever & wherever suits you…Relaxing Yin Yoga, Back to Basics/General Hatha Yoga, Core Power Workout, Pilates & Meditations to choose from – book the on demand class (Tues eve) via the classes page on our website and we’ll text you a secret link.
At this time of year we can often find our to do lists as bloated as our bellies, leaving us feeling sluggish & stressed at a time of year when most people’s energy levels naturally dip a bit – not a good combination so PLEASE make sure to do something to look after yourself over the holidays.
Here at YinYan we find that when we make time for classes we actually have more time and energy for all our other commitments, not less!

Our classes provide a nurturing space and quiet time to pause & relax whilst connecting with yourself physically & mentally. Stress is a part of our human nature, but it can very easily spiral out of control and our classes are designed to help you to maintain a healthy balance.
